Registration & Data Consent

Before filling the registration form, please read and confirm the points below. This consent applies to you and to any child/dependant you register on the same form.

What We Collect & Why

To issue and verify passes for this exclusive, invite-only Event, the registration form collects: full name, phone number, email address, date of birth, a recent photograph, and a government-issued photo ID for the primary registrant — and the same details (photo + photo ID/age proof) for any child registered with them. This information is used only for identity/age verification, entry security, and Event-day coordination, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

  I am registering as an adult, of my own accord

  I confirm I am 18 years or older, and that the name, phone, email, date of birth, photo and photo ID I provide are accurate and belong to me.

  I am the parent/legal guardian of any child I register

  I may only register a child under my own parental or legal guardianship. By submitting a child's details, I confirm I am their parent/guardian and am consenting on their behalf, including for any child below 10 years of age.

  Photo ID for children

  For a child without a standard photo ID, I may submit an acceptable age-proof document (e.g. birth certificate, Aadhaar, school ID, or passport). This is used solely to confirm age/identity for entry and safety purposes and will not be used or shared for any other purpose.

  How photos & ID documents are used and stored

  Uploaded photographs and ID documents are used only for pass issuance and on-ground entry/security verification, are accessible only to authorised organising-committee and security personnel, are not made public, and are securely deleted within a reasonable period after the Event, subject to any legal record-keeping requirement.

  Payment

  Payment for passes is processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. I understand this booking is governed by our Refund Policy, under which no cancellation or refund is available once payment is successful.

  Event photography & media

  I understand that the Event will be photographed/filmed for promotional use, that this applies to any child attending with me, and that this is separate from the registration photo/ID described above, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

  Accuracy & misuse

  I understand that providing false information or a fraudulent/mismatched ID may result in denial of entry or cancellation of the registration without refund, and may be reported to venue security or the appropriate authorities.

  My rights over this data

  I may contact the organisers at any time (see Contact Us) to ask what data is held about myself or my child, or to request its correction or deletion, subject to Event security and any legal record-keeping needs.
