Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before requesting an invite, registering, or attending BNI Garba Night 2026.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to this website (bnigarba.com), the process of requesting an invite, and attendance at BNI Garba Night 2026 ("the Event"), a single-day Navratri celebration to be held on 9th October 2026 in Anand, Gujarat, India. By accessing this website, requesting an invite, registering for, or attending the Event, you ("User", "Guest", "Attendee") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or attend the Event.

2. Nature of the Event & Organising Entities

The Event is a privately organised, members-only social and cultural gathering conceived and run by volunteer members of the local chapters of BNI Anand-Nadiad (BNI Albus, BNI Apricus, BNI Kinesis, BNI Atlantis, BNI Ignis, and chapters in formation), together with the event committee and appointed event-management partners referenced under "Contact Us".

BNI is a global business-networking franchise system. Local BNI chapters and regions, including BNI Anand-Nadiad, operate as independently managed groups of member businesses. The Event is a local, member-initiated activity and is not a corporate function, product, or guarantee of BNI's global or national administration. Nothing on this website or at the Event should be construed as an endorsement, warranty, or representation made by BNI's global corporate entity.

3. Eligibility, Invites & Access

Attendance at the Event is exclusive and invite/pass driven, intended primarily for BNI members of the Anand-Nadiad region and their invited guests. The organising committee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Approve, decline, or limit invite requests without assigning any reason;
  • Set the number of passes available and close registrations once capacity is reached;
  • Verify the identity and membership status of any guest prior to or at entry; and
  • Refuse entry or ask any person to leave the venue if these Terms, the venue's rules, or applicable law are not complied with.

Passes are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted in writing by the organising committee, and must not be resold, auctioned, or offered commercially by any Attendee.

4. Event Details, Changes & Force Majeure

Event details published on this website — including but not limited to the date, venue, performer line-up, schedule, and included experiences — are shared in good faith and are subject to change. The organising committee reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the Event, in part or in full, including the performance by any artist, due to reasons including but not limited to artist unavailability, weather, force majeure, government or regulatory directives, security concerns, venue constraints, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where reasonably possible, updates will be communicated through this website and/or the contact details provided at registration; however, the organising committee shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience arising from such changes.

5. Code of Conduct

All Attendees are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, dignity and respect towards fellow guests, performers, vendors, sponsors, volunteers and venue staff at all times. The organising committee maintains a strict, zero-tolerance approach towards:

  • Any form of harassment, verbal or physical abuse, or discriminatory conduct on the basis of religion, caste, gender, community, region, or otherwise;
  • Consumption or possession of prohibited substances, and disorderly conduct arising from intoxication;
  • Carrying weapons, hazardous materials, or any item prohibited by venue or law-enforcement guidelines;
  • Unauthorised commercial activity, soliciting, or distribution of promotional material within the venue; and
  • Any conduct that disrupts the safety, security, or enjoyment of other guests.

The organising committee reserves the right to deny entry to, or remove without refund, any person violating this Code of Conduct, and to hand over any person to local law-enforcement authorities where warranted, without liability to the organising committee, BNI Anand-Nadiad, its chapters, sponsors, or affiliated event-management partners.

6. Political, Religious & Social Neutrality

BNI Garba Night 2026 is a cultural and community celebration of Navratri and is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, promote, or oppose, any political party, candidate, religious denomination, or social or advocacy movement. Attendees, sponsors, performers, and vendors may not use the Event, this website, or associated communication channels to campaign for, promote, or distribute political, religious, or socially divisive material. The organising committee reserves the right to remove any such material or conduct without notice.

7. Health, Safety & Personal Risk

Attendance at a large public gathering carries inherent risks, including but not limited to crowding, noise levels, weather exposure, and general venue hazards. Attendees are responsible for their own health, safety, and wellbeing, and for that of any minors or dependants accompanying them, and are encouraged to take reasonable precautions. Attendees with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to consult a medical professional prior to attending and to carry any necessary medication. The organising committee will take reasonable, industry-standard measures for crowd management and on-ground safety but does not guarantee an entirely risk-free environment and shall not be responsible for personal injury, loss, illness, or death except to the extent caused by its proven gross negligence, as determined under applicable Indian law.

8. Photography, Videography & Media Consent

The Event will be professionally photographed and filmed for archival, promotional, and social-media purposes. By attending, each Attendee consents to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded, and to the organising committee's, BNI Anand-Nadiad's, and its sponsors' use of such likeness, image, or voice in print, digital, and social-media promotional material, without any compensation, in accordance with applicable Indian law. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed may inform the on-ground media team, who will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, though this cannot be guaranteed in a public event setting.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, artwork, copy, and design elements on this website and at the Event, including the "BNI Garba Night" name and mark, belong to their respective owners (BNI Anand-Nadiad, sponsoring brands, or the organising committee, as applicable) and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission. Sponsor and partner logos remain the property of their respective brands and are used with permission for the purposes of this Event.

10. Sponsors, Partners & Third Parties

Sponsors, vendors, food and beverage stalls, and other third-party service providers featured at the Event operate independently and are solely responsible for their own products, services, offers, and conduct. The organising committee, BNI Anand-Nadiad and its chapters do not endorse, warrant, or assume liability for any goods, services, contests, or offers provided by sponsors, partners, or vendors at the Event.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, BNI Anand-Nadiad, its constituent chapters (BNI Albus, BNI Apricus, BNI Kinesis, BNI Atlantis, BNI Ignis, and chapters in formation), the organising committee, its individual volunteer members, appointed event-management partners, sponsors and performers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage — including loss of property, personal injury, travel or accommodation costs, or business loss — arising out of or in connection with the Event, this website, or reliance on any information provided herein. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.

12. Indemnification

Each Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organising committee, BNI Anand-Nadiad and its chapters, individual volunteers, event-management partners, and sponsors from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from the Attendee's own breach of these Terms, misconduct, or violation of applicable law while attending the Event.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Event or this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Anand, Gujarat, India.

14. Amendments

The organising committee reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website or attendance at the Event following any such update constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Attendees are encouraged to review this page periodically.
